Company History
Cloisall Co. L.L.C.
was established in 1963 to participate in the
development programs of the United Arab
Emirates. Cloisall’s main focus was in
partitions and ceilings ranging in various
designs and finishes.
The firm continues to expand in line with the
UAE’s rapid growth. Today Cloisall stands as a
leader in the interior fitting and contracting
sector.
Cloisall operates from its Head Office in Dubai
and established branch offices in Abu Dhabi,
Qatar and Oman supported by a team of sales and
marketing engineers, project managers and site
staff. In line with growing demand for locally
manufactured products, Cloisall established in
1984 one of the largest factories in the UAE at
that time to support the growth of its
operations regionally.
During the past 30 years of operation, Cloisall
has successfully gained reputation in many large
and prestigious projects in both government and
private sectors. In some projects, Cloisall was
involved with distinguished architectural and
engineering firms throughout the design stage
specifying the necessary product in accordance
to the client’s requirements, application,
design and specifications.
Cloisall’s field of activity covers a broad
spectrum of areas in interiors. Its capabilities
include design development, engineering,
fabrication and installation of all interior
solutions inclusive but not limited to:
- Partitions
- All types of ceilings
- Wall and column claddings
- Raised access flooring
- Solid surface materials
- Engineered stone
- Joinery works
- GRG, GRP and GRC cladding
- Steel support systems
- Lighting
The company undertook a major expansion in 2004
upgrading the standard of its staff in addition
to completely refurbishing its offices and
factory which included significant investment in
improving its computer facilities, machinery,
equipment and labor accommodation.
With executed projects dotting every city in the
UAE, Cloisall became recognized as the scale
according to which all competition was measured.
The company’s quality control and quality
provided products and services resulted in
earning Cloisall countrywide acclaim and
exposure due to the superior execution and
finishing quality that characterized its work.
The quality practiced eventually became
Cloisall’s strong arm in the years that followed
and consolidated its position as the market
leader among its competitors.
Cloisall's current projects include complete design and
execution. Such Projects are the Expansion of
the Dubai International Airport and adjacent
facilities, Jabal Ali International Airport
city, Mashreq Bank, Dubai Mall, Delma Mall and the UAE University in
Al Ain to name a few. Cloisall is still
reinforcing its presence in the region, and
proving itself with every project as the perfect
partner whenever high quality and performance
products are required.
By providing high quality interior fit-out
solutions, Cloisall is planning to strengthen
its presence in the region’s market by setting
meticulous quality standards, which represents
an essential part of Cloisall’s identity, in
order to ensure its final goal; that clients
